The Dover Council on Aging is looking to the future to strengthen its ties with the entire Dover Community through programs, services and advocacy.

The Dover Council on Aging, in collaboration with SOAR Management Consultant Group, has begun a Needs Assessment project led by a six-person leadership team. The purpose of this project is to survey key constituents of the Dover community to better understand 1) the needs and interests of Dover’s seniors, 2) perceptions of Dover’s seniors held by various constituents, and 3) to research practices in surrounding Councils on Aging that have been effective within their communities.

As part of this effort, a Community Engagement Survey will be developed that will be accessible online by all of Dover’s residents. Announcement of the availability of this survey is being made through newspapers, church groups, the Dover Library, email lists and on the town of Dover’s website. We welcome and hope that all Dover residents will participate.

The Community Engagement Survey may be found at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DOVERCOA. Please participate.
